Room Reservations:
1. Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their room reservation up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date without incurring any charges.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
3. No Shows: Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full reservation amount.
4. Refund Process: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
Restaurant Reservations:
1. Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their restaurant reservation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time without incurring any charges.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances and availability.
3. No Shows: Failure to arrive for a restaurant reservation without prior notice may result in a charge equivalent to the reservation value or forfeiture of any deposit made.
4. Refund Process: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Banquet Reservations:
1. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 80% of the total estimated cost is required to confirm a banquet reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than or equal to 45 days prior to the scheduled event date may be eligible for a partial refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.
3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled event date may result in forfeiture of the entire deposit and additional charges depending on incurred expenses.
4. Refund Process: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14-21 business days to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable deposit.
